Toddlers are striving for independence and love to explore. At Kidz World, our toddler room is big, bright and spacious. Since toddlers learn through play and exploration, we give them the space and age appropriate materials and stimulation they need to quench their thirst for exploration. Each toddler has a cot labeled and assigned to them. Parents can bring a stuffed animal or comfort item from home for toddler to sleep with.
TODDLERS CHECKLIST:
- Diapers (weekly or monthly
- Ointment
- Wipes (weekly or monthly)
- Cot fitted sheet and blanket
- Full change of clothes
We provide each child with a plastic container (labeled with each child’s name) which will remain at the daycare with child belongings. All blankets/fitted sheets will be sent home weekly to be washed.
Written daily reports are completed by your child’s teacher to let you know about their day. Progress reports are completed and sent home every 3 to 6 months. These reports document your child’s growth and development. Parent/teacher conferences are scheduled as needed or at the parent’s request.
